1 can 8 crescent rolls
1 c. fully cooked ham - chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 5 oz. can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 of a 3 oz. can of French fried onions (optional)

Preheat oven to 375º. Grease four 4 1/2 x 1 inch pie plates or four 5 x 1" tart dishes. Set aside.
Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Press one rectangle into the bottom and sides of each dish. Mark the edges of the pastries with the tines of a fork. Divide ham and cheese equally among the dishes. In a mixing bowl beat together eggs, milk, and dry mustard. Divide mixture evenly among the dishes. Place the dishes on a cookie sheet/jelly roll pan. Bake 375º for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with French fried onions, if desired. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
