2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach - drained
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water - drained
1 1/4 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. water chestnuts - sliced
1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
1 T. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Cut artichoke hearts in half. Melt 1 stick butter and combine with cream cheese, spinach, water chestnuts, and garlic. Line a greased 9x13 inch pan with artichoke heart halves. Cover with spinach mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Dot remaining butter on top. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes.
