1 1/2 c. grits - cooked according to pkg. directions
1/2 stick butter
1 c. cheese
1/2 c. bell pepper - finely chopped
1 can green chilies - chopped
1/2 c. onion - chopped
2 eggs
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 approximately 30 minutes or until done.
