String, break and wash beans
Put into quart jars
with wooden spoon tap easily on beans in the jar pushing down the beans at the top of the jar to get more in.
1 t. of canning salt per jar
fill jars with water
wipe off the rims so no salt will get under seal
put lids on

“Use pressure Canner!” Put 7 jars of beans in the canner. Put water ¾ up on jar. Tighten lid-when steady steam comes out, put the jiggler on 15 lbs. for 20 minutes. Let cool. Do not let steam out or open lid until cool.
