* 1 large onion, chopped
* 1/2 stick butter or margarine
* 12 cornbread muffins or 8" skillet of cornbread
* 3 eggs, slightly beaten
* 2 1/2 cans (14 oz. each) chicken broth
* 1 teaspoon sage
* 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Brown chopped onion in butter/margarine until clear. Crumble cornbread into small pieces.

Mix all ingredients well.

Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes until brown.
Notes
You can add celery to onions if want to.
