Ingredients:  
2 cups sugar
1/2 cups Wesson oil
3 cups grated carrots
2 cups flour
4 eggs separated
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cups nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar & Wesson oil
Then add carrots & flour, mix
Add eggs one at a time.
Last mix in the cinnamon and nuts.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes in moderate oven.
