1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
3 cloves garlic, minced (1T.)
1 T. minced fresh ginger
3 scallions, minced
1/4 c. sodium-reduced soy sauce
3 T. honey
1 1/2 T. sesame oil
1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a shallow bowl. Marinade for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
