1/2 c. olive oil
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. minced shallot or white part
2 T. finely chopped fresh basil or green onion
1 tsp. dried basil leaves.
8 tsp. each salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Marinade fish for 30 minutes. Baste with marinade during cooking. Makes 1 cup.
