1 9" pie crust from the Never Fail Pie Crust recipe.
2 eggs
2 c. cooked pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1 can evaporated milk


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Beat eggs slightly, beat in remaining ingredients. Place pastry- lined pie plate on oven rack, pour in filling. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º. Bake until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. 9" pie 45 minutes longer. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
