2 pkg. Cream Cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 Vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling any flavor (cherry, strawberry,etc)
Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin pan with muffin papers. Put wafer in bottom of each cup. Beat Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Pour mixture into each cup about 2/3 full. Bake 375º for 15 min. Cool. Top with pie filling and chill.
