2 2/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. low fat milk
3-4 black teabags
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cardamom
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the water and milk in a medium-size saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. As soon as the mixture begins to froth up, add the tea, spices and sugar. Cover the pot and remove the pan from heat. Let steep 3 minutes. Strain the tea through a fine strainer and serve warm or cold.
