1 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 c. flour (here, I always use Gallo for cookies!)
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. white chocolate chips (available at Makro)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time; beating each time. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and combine well. Put in the fridge to chill. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350°F oven 8-10 minutes.
