Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 -3 1/2 c. flour
1 T. fast-acting yeast
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. warm/almost hot water
1-2 T. oil (I use olive oil, for taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup of the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a big mixing bowl. Add the water and oil and mix until thoroughly combined. Gradually add the remainder of the flour until the dough is smooth and pliable. Form into a ball; cover and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Grease a pizza pan (I use a generous amount of olive oil). Place the ball of dough in the pan and turn to oil completely. Roll out to fit the pan. Top with desired toppings. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425° F.
