1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 3/4 c. flour
3 egg whites
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. bananas (3-4)
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. fat free yogurt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Heat oven to 350° F. Grease one large loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans. Sift the dry ingredients and set aside. Cream the butter and sugar together. Mix in the bananas, yogurt and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Bake about 1 hour for regular loaf, 40 minutes for mini loaves; until a toothpick comes out clean.

2 grams fat, 70 calories per 3/4 inch slice.
Note: I use whatever fat free yogurt I happen to have. If it’s
flavored; it just adds a bit more flavor to the bread.
