1 loaf firm white bread, crusts removed
1/2 lb. (200 g) grated Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. (200 g) grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked ham, diced (2 packages of “dados de jamon”)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan. Make 2 layers: bread (fit tightly in a layer), cheeses and ham (repeat). Beat the eggs, milk and salt. Pour over the layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350º F for +/- 1 hour or until top is very puffy and brown. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
