1 lb. (or 1/2 kg) ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
14 oz. (approx. 800 g.) tomato sauce/tomate frito
16 oz. (400 g.) shredded mozzarella
4 oz. pepperoni, quartered
8 oz. (500 g.) bow tie pasta, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce and pasta. Transfer to a greased 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. Bake at 350º F. for 25-30 minutes. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To use, thaw in refrigerator overnight. (Bake at 350º F for 35-40 minutes.)
