1 T. olive oil
1/2 lb. meat (pork), cut in small pieces
1 garlic clove, minced
3 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. water
1 T. cornstarch
2 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Brown meat with garlic in skillet. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Add to skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Combine water and cornstarch. Add to skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook stirring 2 minutes. Serve over rice (which cooks in about the same amount of time). Serves 2-3. Easily doubles or triples.
