1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 -3 c. flour
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (400 g.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips (or finely chopped chocolate bar)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 pounds semi-sweet chocolate coating and /or white chocolate coating (More readily available in Spain around Christmas time.)

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in chips and nuts. The mixture will firm up upon standing. Shape into 1” balls. Place on a waxed paper lined sheet. Loosely cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. In microwave, melt candy coating; stirring often. Dip balls in coating. Refrigerate until firm. Store in the refrigerator.
