2 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour, just until blended. Stir in extracts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10” tube pan. Bake at 325º F for about 1 hour and 40 minutes or until it tests done. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cook completely. Yield: 16 – 20 slices.
