2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, butter and honey; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400° F for 15-18 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 12-18 medium muffins.
