1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. slivered almonds
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1-2 loaves French bread (in Spain … barras)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the mayo and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the cheese, onion, almonds and bacon. Cut bread in 1/2” slices; spread with cheese mixture. Cut slices in half, if large. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400º F for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly.

Note: Unbaked appetizers may be frozen. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet; freeze for 1 hour. Remove and store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months. When ready to use, place frozen appetizers on greased sheet and bake at 400º F for 10-12 minutes.
