2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour, sifted
Pinch cayenne pepper (to taste, but key ingredient)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
60 small stuffed olives, drained and patted dry

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese with butter. Stir in flour, cayenne, and salt; mix well. Flatten a marble sized amount of “dough” and wrap each olive. Make sure olive is covered well. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º F for 10-15 minutes, until browned slightly. Cool briefly on a wire rack for crisp texture. These may be frozen before baking.
