Yams

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole, unpeeled yams. Cool. Peel. Cut into chunks any size you like and place in a baking dish. Melt remaining ingredients over medium heat and boil until thick. Pour over yams and bake at 350º for 20 - 30 minutes.
