1/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 large finely chopped yellow sweet onion
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
2 tbsp. basalmic vinegar
1/2 cup grated Parmigianino-Reggiano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onions in olive oil over low heat until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes. Add rosemary and cooked 3-5 minutes. Add vinegar and cook until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and add in cheese. Spread over your favorite pizza dough and blast it in the oven!
