2 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 C shortening
1 egg
1 C buttermilk (or 1 C milk + 1 T vinegar)
1 tsp baking soda
2 C fresh blueberries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Reserve 1/3 C or crumb mixture for topping. Add egg, buttermilkand baking soda. blend well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle blueberries over and top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
