Ingredients:  
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
a dash of pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 medium onion, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced 1/4 inch thick4 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp thyme
1 T. ketchup
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch cubes
4 carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
Toss chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Melt butter in large skillet. Add chicken (with excess flour) and saute 3 min. to brown. Add onion and celery, saute 3 min. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 min. until the vegetable are tender.
