Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup of onions
1 package tempeh
1cup sauerkraut drained
4 ounces of swiss cheese, sliced
Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 egg white, beaten
1teaspoon anise seeds
Ready made pizza dough

Directions:
Directions:
In sprayed saucepan, sauté onions until tender. Cut tempeth in strips and add to sauté pan. May need to add more oil so tempeh doesn’t stick. Make sure to turn the tempeh, so it browns on both sides. When done set aside.

On floured surface roll dough to a 14-by-10-inch rectangle. Brush the dough with Dijon mustard. Fill 1/3 of the center of the dough with the tempeh, onions, sourcraut, and dressing. Leave some room on the sides of the dough, so you can cut strips to braid over and seal. Alternate slices and fold strips at an angle across filling.

Cover dough with greased plastic wrap, and let rise 15 minutes. Brush with egg, and sprinkle with anise seeds.

Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes until top is lightly browned.
