4 Ripe Peaches
2cups ricotta cheese
1cup balsamic vinegar
cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar, and slowly add agave. When syrup thickens remove from heat and set aside.
Wash peaches, cut in half, and take out pit. Brush inside of peaches with syrup, and place on hot grill, flat side down. When start to melt remove with tongs and assemble. Spoon ricotta (or any soft cheese on the inside), drizzle with syrup and serve. Delicious. Great with pears as well.
