3 cups cooked lentils
1 cup fresh basil or spinach
½ cup chopped onion, celery, and carrots
1 teaspoon coriander seeds, or ½ teaspoon ground
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon ground
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
dash ground cayenne
1 ½ teaspoon ground tumeric
veggie broth

Directions:
Directions:
In hot saucepan add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil, turn up heat until just starting to smoke and add seeds or spices. Close lid, turn down heat, open and add onion, celery, and carrots, then garlic. When tender, add lentils, spinach or basil and ½ cup broth. Cook 5 minutes to incorporate flavor.
