5 Large potatoes
1/2 cup sweet cream
3 Tbsp of butter
1 tsp salt
11/2 cups of flour to each cup of mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, mash very fine and add cream, butter and salt. Beat until light then let cool. Add flour and roll into ball of dough kneading until smooth. Form into a long roll and slice into pieces about the size of a large egg. Roll each piece round as for a pie crust as thin as possible. Cook in electric pan or cast iron fry pan until lightly brown turn often as not to scorch use moderate heat. Do not grease pan, when cooked place between clean clothes or waxed paper to keep from becoming dry. Serve cold or slightly warmed in oven, serve with butter and a sprinkle of sugar.
