2 med. romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
½ can of black beans rinsed
Handful of sliced black olives
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. diced fresh avocado
2 tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 c. tortilla chips
2 tbsp. chopped red onions (optional)

Dressing
¼ cup favourite salsa
¼ cup miracle whip dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, layer lettuce, beans, cheese, avocado and olives. Combine dressing, and onion; mix well. Spoon dressing into center of salad. Layer tomatoes on top. Top with remaining cheese. Toss lightly. Trim edge with chips.
