22 graham crackers, crushed for crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 T. Melted butter
Filling:
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cup milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 pint whipping cream
1 pint cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together graham crackers crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and melted butter for crust.
Press mixture into pan.
Filling: Combine 1 cup sugar, egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk. Cook as for custard. Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup water while filling is cooking. Put gelatin in filling while hot and let cool. Beat egg whites. Beat whipping cream. Put cottage cheese thru sieve. Add egg whites, whipped cream and cottage cheese to filling. pour mixture into crust and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs on top. Chill in refrigerator. Serves 12
