4 cups boiled or microwaved sweet potatoes or yams (skins removed)
4 eggs beaten
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Beat 5 minutes with mixer. Remove any lumps. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes covered at 325º. Uncover and top with mini marshmallows and bake 30 more minutes.

Make sure you put in large enough casserole dish. It expands during baking.

We tasted this yummy dish in Nebraska when 7 of us Brewsters traveled to sleep and stay at Heidi and Jim's one bedroom apartment for Thanksgiving. One of their friends brought this dish to Thanksgiving dinner.
