1 Lg. can of Pumpkin
3 egg White
3/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp pumpkin spice, or, clove, 1/2, ginger, or nutmeg.

Directions:

Spray pie dish with Pam or equal veg. spray, Whip up all ingredients: pour in pan and heat oven 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees F cook for another 30 minutes.

May add Fat Free Whipping Cream or Cool Whip
