3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.) drained
2 cups diced bananas
1 cup chopped pecans
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 cup real butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour 9x13 baking pan. Measure dry ingredients with oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in pineapple, bananas and pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes testing center with toothpick for doneness. Let cool for 10 minutes on a baking rack. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

For frosting, blend cream cheese, butter and vanilla together. Slowly add powdered sugar and mix on low until consistency is whipped and creamy. You may add warm water one teaspon at a time if mixture is too stiff.
