Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package active dry yeast dissolve in warm water

Directions:
Directions:
(no sugar, no honey or any other gross stuff people add)
dump flour in bowl, make a well in center and add olive oil and yeast water, sprinkle salt on flour and mix all together. If you have a bread machine or food processor mix in there otherwise keep mixing with a wooden spoon until it all holds together to form a ball. Too dry, add more warm water and a bit of oil, too moist, add more flour. Once it hold together put dough ball on floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it's like play dough. Place in large bowl greased with olive oil and cover with warm damp dish towel until double in size. After it rises, punch down and roll out flat on floured surface (or toss and pull like the pizza guys do....never quite works for me) place rolled out dough on oiled pizza pan or cookie sheet. push to all edges of pan and form a "lip" around for crust. Spread sauce on dough and add favorite toppings, mushrooms, sausage, olives, hamburg, etc. (put any ingredients uncooked on pizza....it will cook in oven) Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees until crust is golden. For a white pizza, skip the sauce and mix ricotta with a couple of eggs and oil and spread on dough. Then add toppings, broccoli, artichokes, etc.
