Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I included this recipe so that I could share my story about a summer picnic we had at Mom-Mop's house when I was a young teenager. My handsome boy cousins, who were all several years older than I, offered me some oyster shooters they had just brought back from the Jersey shore. Not wanting to refuse them, I managed to slide a raw oyster down my throat, much to my dismay! I must have gagged and my handsome boy cousins had a good laugh!
