4 or 5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

combine 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 pepper
put aside

1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp butter
1 12 cups hot milk
2 cups cubed leftover ham
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange layer of potatoes,hams, onions and seasoned flour in greased casserole dish. Dot with butter.
Pour hot milk over top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake covered, in preheated 375º oven for 45 min. Uncover and bake 15 min longer or until potatoes are tender and top lightly browned.
