1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 (8oz. each) cream cheese
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1 can (21 oz.) pie filling/topping
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add to crumbs and powdered sugar. Line the bottom of spring-form pan, packing firmly.
Mix sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and eggs. Pour into pan on top of uncooked crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove cake, but do not turn off oven. Top cake with sour cream and return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove and let cake cool. Top with your favorite prepared pie filling/topping. Chill overnight.
