1/2 cup water
1 cup cinnamon candies(Red Hots)
6 small apples, peeled, cored, cut in half
Cream Cheese Topping (Recipe below)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium nonstick pan, combine candies and water over low heat until dissolved. Peel, core and cut apples in half lengthwise. Arrange the apples, cut side down, in the pan. Cook on low to medium heat, turn often until apples are done. About 45 minutes. Apples should be the color of the cinnamon candies. Transfer the apples to a platter and cool.
Cream Cheese Topping
2 oz of cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 T. Mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients thoroughly using a hand mixer.
Topping should be stiff. Refrigerate.
Place a teaspoonful on top of each cooled apple. Refrigerate until served.
