1 (18.25 oz) package strawberry cake mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) frozen carton whipped topping, thawed
2 cups confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, and whipped topping until well combined. Place the confectioner's sugar in a shallow dish.

2. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into the sugar; turn to coat. Place 2 inches apart on greases baking sheet. Bake at 350º F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Place on wire racks to cool. Enjoy!
