Ingredients:
Dough
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. water
4 cups bread flour
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
2 ½ tsp. Bread Machine Yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
½ box (3.4 oz. box) instant vanilla pudding

Filling
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup raisins, optional
¼ cup chopped walnuts, optional

Frosting 1
4-oz. cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
1 ½ tsp. milk

Frosting 2
1-½ cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ tbsp. milk

Frosting 3 (with walnuts & raisins awesome)
1½ cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. real maple syrup
1 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients. If have mixer with dough cycle, use. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to a size of roughly 17 x 10 inches.

Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon from filling ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture over the rolled out dough. Try to get as close to the edges as possible. If walnuts or raisins used, sprinkle them over dough. Start with the widest end and roll the dough with the filling inside into a tight log. Once in a log, pinch the seam closed (not the end). Cut the log into ½ to 1 inch slices. Place in a lightly greased baking dish with sides. Cutting to ½ inch thick makes around 20 rolls. If cut 1 inch thick, makes 9 rolls.

Place the rolls in a warm draft free place and allow to rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When rolls done, remove from oven and top with the frosting of your choice.

Note: Raisins in filling may be replaced with chopped dried cherries, blue berries, or strawberries. When doing this, use Frosting 1 or 2 and add one or two tablespoons of matching fruit jam. If using dried blueberries, use blueberry jam.

Serve warm with milk, coffee, or beverage of choice.
