2 cans whole kernel Corn
1 - 15 ounce can Black Beans
1 - 14 ounce can Hearts of Palm, drained and sliced
2 large Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped Purple Onion
1/3 cup minced fresh Cilantro

¼ cup Vegetable Oil
3 T fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. ground Cumin

Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl. Combine vegetable oil with the next three ingredients. Drizzle over mixture. Cover and chill for three hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
