2 cups all purpose flour
3 eggs
½ tsp. soda
2 cups sweet milk
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
¼ cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Sift, then measure flour. Sift flour again with soda, salt, and sugar. Combine milk, well-beaten egg yolks, and melted butter. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. After letting egg whites comes to room temperature, beat well. Fold in egg whites just before cooking.
