1 can each- peaches, pears, pineapple chunks, and apricots
1 jar maraschino cherries
1/3 C margarine
1 C brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Arrange fruit in a 1.5 qt. casserole dish. Melt butter and pour over fruit. Mix brown sugar and curry powder; sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 1 hour. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for later use.
