1 pound hot sausage
4 cups biscuit mix
½ pound grated cheddar cheese
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, kneading together with hands. Roll mixture into little balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 350º.
