1 large green pepper
3 medium tomatoes
10 garlic cloves
1/4 C Olive oil
1/3 C wine vinegar
1 medium carrot
1 large cucumber
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
First peal the Cucumber, carrot, garlic cloves , onion, and the tomatoes.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are liquid.
Serve over ice or put ice in a bowl. It is very delicious especially on a hot day.
