Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz.) each Jell-O: Lemon, Lime and
Raspberry Gelatins
3 cups boiling water
1 cup miniature or diced marshmallows
1-1/2 cups cold water
2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 can (1 lb. 4-1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O Gelatin flavors separately, using 1 cup boiling water for each. Stir marshmallows into lemon gelatin and set aside. Add 3/4 cup cold water to lime gelatin; pour into mold or 13x9x2" pan. Chill until set but not firm. Add 3/4 c. cold water to raspberry Jello, set aside at room temperature. Then add cream cheese to lemon mixture; beat until blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Then blend in mayonnaise, whipped cream and crushed pineapple. Chill until very thick; spoon gently over lime gelatin. Chill until set, but not firm. Meanwhile, chill raspberry gelatin until thickened; pour over lemon gelatin. Chill until firm. To serve, cut in squares. (If using a gelatin mold, put entire mold up to the rim in warmish water until edges begin to "melt" a bit. Then invert on a serving platter or plate.)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Marge frequently made this in a copper ring mold and then plates it on a beautiful platter to allow the layers to show festively. It has always been a family Thanksgiving and Christmas favorite.

One holiday years ago when Deb was a very little girl, she became quite indignant when she did not see her favorite food. "Where," she demanded, "is the toilet seat salad"?

It took a moment for most of us to realize what she was looking for, but then we understood that a round salad with a good-sized hole in the middle did, perhaps, resemble a toilet seat. (So, although it may be called a Ribbon Salad in more formal cookbooks, it will always and forever be known as the "Toilet Seat Salad" to us!)
