1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
5 tomatoes, peeled and diced
3 medium potatoes, diced
3 green onions sliced, with 2" tops
3/4 cup pimento
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
2 chili jalapenos (canned) chopped
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tbsp. cumin, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Cover meat with water, add salt and pepper. Simmer covered 45 minutes. Add other ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender. Serve with corn chips. Can be served over rice as an entrée.
