1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. onion, grated
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 small can carnation milk
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ cup fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
flour
1 can mushroom soup
small amount water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients except mushroom soup and water. Put crumbs in last. Make into balls. Roll meatballs in flour. Fry in small amount of cooking oil.

Gravy for Meatballs
In skillet, put mushroom soup and water. Add meatballs and simmer in gravy in covered skillet for 30 minutes. When freezing meatballs, place gravy in a separate container.
